François H. Courvoisier and Sedat Adiyaman, foreword by Jean-Claude Biver, Alphil, 2024 (in French)

Célébrer l’échec !

For entrepreneurs and professionals: turn your future fiascos into successes.

The book Célébrer l’échec

What if failure became useful?

Most management books focus on success stories. But what about failures? Can we make something positive of them, rather than hiding them or dwelling on them endlessly?

Drawing on their experience as trainers and managers, François H. Courvoisier and Sedat Adiyaman wrote a book about the beneficial consequences of professional failure. They draw on academic literature and the business press, and above all on the original accounts of twelve Swiss entrepreneurs and managers who experienced failure and learned lessons from it to bounce back.

Fluid and practical, to be read in several sittings, the book helps you understand what mistakes and failure mean, overcome them through the experiences of other entrepreneurs, then analyse and act on your projects and career.
