Intellectual property

The texts, photos and content of this site belong to Think2Make unless otherwise stated. Workshop photos are published with the consent of the organisations concerned. Any reproduction requires our permission, except short quotations with the source.

Links and liability

We check the information we publish carefully, but cannot guarantee that it is complete and up to date. Links to other sites are provided for information: their content is the responsibility of their publishers.

Data protection

Controller: Sedat Adiyaman, think2make, Place Numa-Droz 2, 2000 Neuchâtel, Switzerland, connect@think2make.ch. We process your data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We only collect the data you send us:

  • Booking a call: name, e-mail and, if you provide them, company and phone number; your need, team size, timing, preferred format and slot, your message. They are used to prepare and confirm the call.
  • Book request: first name, e-mail and, if you provide it, company. They are used to send you the download link.
  • Newsletter: your e-mail, if you subscribe. It is used to send you one practical method per month.

Each request reaches us by e-mail and is stored on the site, accessible to Think2Make only. We do not sell or share your data, and do not use it for any other purpose.

Service providers

  • Infomaniak (Geneva, Switzerland) hosts the site and e-mail.
  • Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., United States) runs the newsletter. You subscribe on a Mailchimp form, which asks you to confirm your address, and every issue contains an unsubscribe link. Intuit is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, recognised by the Swiss Federal Council.
  • Google (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, United States) measures traffic to the site with Google Analytics and reports on its presence in search results (Search Console). Google LLC is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

To protect the site against attacks, our security extension analyses the IP address and browser of visits. This technical data is used for security only.

Retention periods

  • Call and book requests: deleted automatically two years after they are sent.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
  • Audience measurement (Google Analytics): 14 months.
  • Technical logs (IP address, pages requested): limited period, for the security of the site.
  • If you become a client, accounting records are kept for ten years, as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing: write to connect@think2make.ch. We reply within 30 days. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the European Union, the data protection authority of your country.

Cookies and audience measurement

We measure traffic to the site with Google Analytics 4 (Google Site Kit extension) to find out which pages are read and to improve the site. Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga and _ga_…, two years at most) and sends browsing data to Google: pages viewed, duration, device, referrer and approximate location. Google Analytics 4 does not record IP addresses. Visits by people logged in to the site administration are not measured.

You can refuse this measurement by blocking cookies in your browser or with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Other, technical cookies: the language you chose (pll_language, one year) and, for people logged in to the site administration, the session. This site uses no advertising cookies and does not embed videos or social media content hosted elsewhere.
