The questions that start our projects
You may be wondering…
A project with us often starts with one of these questions.
01
How do we structure the way our team innovates?
02
How can our staff run their own workshops independently?
03
How do we turn training into concrete results?
How it works
1
Before the training
Frame your challenges
A conversation to choose the projects your team will work on during the day.
2
Day 1, morning
Understand and frame the problem
Observe users, build personas, ask the right creative questions.
3
Day 1, afternoon
Generate and test ideas
Structured brainstorming, Crazy 8’s, rapid prototyping and first tests. Each team leaves with its action plan.
4
The following 3 months
Coaching and follow-up
Regular check-ins to remove roadblocks and embed the new practices.
In practice
What your teams take away

Methods tested on your own projects, not on textbook cases
In-house facilitators able to run your next workshops
A project that moves forward during the 3 months of coaching
A method kit for every participant [to be confirmed]

“Uni’novv had the pleasure to welcome Sedat as speaker for our conference on innovation and the life of a startup. He clearly knows how to capture he audience's attention, through his dynamism and creativity. Furthermore, he is accessible, honnest and everyone enjoyed the way he was sharing his professionnal experience. Frankly, I had a really good time working with such an open-minded and great mind !”
